Erythrocyte deformability and the energy metabolism of erythrocyte in patients with hepatic cirrhosis

摘要: 观察肝硬化患者红细胞变形性 (ED)、红细胞能量代谢和血氧变化。以红细胞ATP和 2 3-二磷酸甘油酸 (2 3-DPG)含量作为衡量红细胞能量代谢状态的指标 ,对 32例肝硬化患者取血动态观察其ED、ATP和 2 3-DPG含量、PaO2 和SaO2 的变化并与正常人比较。肝硬化患者的ED、PaO2 和SaO2 明显降低 ,2 3-DPG含量明显增高 ;并发肝性脑病 (HE)时PaO2 明显降低 ,ATP及 2 3-DPG含量明显减少。肝硬化患者的ED明显降低并伴有低氧血症 ;红细胞能量代谢降低与HE的发生有关。

Abstract: To observe the changes of erythrocyte deformability (ED) , the energy metabolism of erythrocyte and arterial blood gas in patients with hepatic cirrhosis. ED, the intracellular levels of ATP and 2 3-diphosphoglyceric acid (2 3-DPG) of erythrocyte, PaO 2 and SaO 2 were dynamically observed in 32 patients. ED, PaO 2 and SaO 2 were markedly lower than that of controls, the level of 2 3-DPG in patients was significantly higher than that of controls; The levels of ATP and 2 3-DPG in patients complicated with hepatic encephalopathy (HE) decreased evidently. There are decrease of ED and hypoxemia in patients with hepatic cirrhosis; The decrease of the energy metabolism of erythrocyte in patients complicated with HE may be related to the occurrence of HE. -
