The study of the influence of lamivudine to T-Lymphocyte-subsetes of chronic hepatitis B

摘要: 为研究拉米夫定对慢性乙肝患者T细胞亚群的影响 ,对 40例慢性乙肝患者进行治疗 ,结果显示 :对照组HBVDNA无一例阴转 ,ALT复常率为 72 5 %,治疗组HBVDNA阴转率为 85 %,ALT复常率为 92 5 %,明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。T细胞亚群检测发现 ,治疗组经治疗后 ,CD4 + ,CD4 + /CD8+ 明显提高 (P <0 0 1) ,CD8+ 明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,对照组治疗前后无变化。HBVDNA阴转者T细胞免疫功能优于未转阴者。实验表明 ,拉米夫定可改善乙肝患者的T细胞免疫功能。T细胞免疫功能紊乱程度轻的乙肝患者 ,应用拉米夫定治疗阴转的可能性大 ,这为拉米夫定联合免疫治疗乙肝提供了一些事实依据。Abstract: To study the influence of lamivuding to T-Lymphocyte-subsetes of chronic hepatitis B, 40 cases of the hepatitis B were treated with lamiyudine.The results showed that the recovery rate of ALT and the negative conversion of HBVDNA were 92.5% and 85% in the study group, they were significantly higher than those in normal controls (p<0.05) . CD 4 +, the ratios of CD 4 +/ CD 8 + rose obviously and CD 8 +descended obviously in the study group.There was no change in normal controls (p<0.05) .The results indicated that lamivudine was efficatious for chronic hepatitis B, lamivudine could improve the immunologic function of patients with chronic hepatitis B, the negative conversion of HBVDNA were higher in the patients with better immunologic function.
