The Clinieal study about interleukin-1 and tumor necrosis factor Alpha in hepatocirrhosis

摘要: 对白介素 1（IL - 1）和肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF -α）在肝硬化中的临床研究 ,以探索能够更早诊断肝硬化的方法。我们选择 1997年 11月～ 1998年 11月住院患者 92例 ,分三组即肝硬化组 30例 ,慢性肝炎组 31例 ,急性肝炎组 31例。所有患者均做IL - 1和TNF -α;IL - 1采用ELISA法 ,TNF -α采用放免法检测。在肝硬化组检测IL - 1为 36 0 .45± 42 .86 ,TNF α为 0 .5 898± 0 .0 35 ,明显高于其它两组 （P <0 .0 0 1）。在临床研究中显示TNF -α、IL - 1的测定 ,可更准确地反应肝硬化的进程 ,为早期诊断肝硬化提供新的诊断方法Abstract: To study the level of interleukin 1 (IL 1) and tumornecrosis factor alpha (TNF α) in patients with hepatocirrhosis inorder to explore new method of diagnosing hepatocirrhosis more early.All 92 pationts treated in our hospital between November 1997 and November 1998 were enrolled and divided into three groups:hepatocirrhosis group (30 pationts) , chronic hepatitis group (31 patients) and acute hepatitis group (31 patients) .The level of IL 1 and INF α of every pationts were examined by ELISA and radioimmunoassay.The results of hepatecirrhosis group (IL 1 360.45±42.86, TNF-α 0.5898±0.035) were much higher than that of other two groups ( P <0.001) .The results showed that IL 1 and TNF α can sensitively effect the process of hepatocirrhosis, which might diagnose hepatocirrhosis early.
