p53 in situ hybridization and nm23 expression of gallbladder carcinoma and its relationship with lymphoproliferation

摘要: 研究胆囊癌 p5 3原位杂交和nm2 3蛋白表达淋巴组织增生的关系。采用原位杂交和免疫组织化学技术检测了 5 9例胆囊癌。 5 9例胆囊癌p5 3蛋白表达 44 1% ,p5 3原位杂交 6 4 4% ,二者的检测结果不完全一致 ,但均与胆囊癌的分期有关 ,晚期胆囊癌高于早期胆囊癌 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。淋巴结反应性增生比淋巴结伴有癌转移者阳性表达率低 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。nm2 3基因蛋白阳性表达 76 3 % ,淋巴结反应性增生者比淋巴结伴有癌转移者阳性表达率高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结果显示 ,p5 3基因与nm2 3蛋白表达在胆囊癌的分期中呈负相关。p5 3基因和nm2 3蛋白表达在胆囊癌的发生、发展中与淋巴组织增生的程度有关。Abstract: To explore the p53 in situ hybridization and nm23 expression in gallbladder carcinoma and its relationship with lymphoproliferation. 59 cases of gallbladder carcinoma were detected by digoxigenin labelling in situ hybridization technique and S-P immunohistochemical staining. The positive rats of p53 protein expression and the p53 in situ hybridization were 44.1% and 64.4% respectively. The two positive rates were different, but they were all related to the phase of the gallbladder carcinoma and were significantly higher in the later period than that in the early stage (P<0.01) . The positive rate of reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes was significantly lower than that of the metastatic carcinoma of lymph nodes (P<0.01) . The positive rate of nm23 protein expression was 76.3%, which was significantly higher in lymph nodes reactine hyperplasia than that of the metastatic lymph nodes (P<0.01) . The results showed that the staging of gallbladder carcinoma was in negative correlation to p53 gene and nm23 expression. The dgree of lymphoproliferation was related to p53 gene and nm23 expression in development and transformation of the gallbladder carcinoma.
