CT-guided percutaneous intratumoral injection of lipiodol adriamycin ethanol for the treatment of liver cancer

摘要: 探讨CT导向下碘油阿霉素乙醇注射治疗肝癌的疗效。肝癌患者 30例 ,其中男性 2 2例 ,女性 8例 ,平均年龄 43岁 ,在CT导向下用碘油阿霉素乙醇瘤体内注射治疗。 <3cm和 >5cm直径肝癌患者的 1年及 3年生存率分别为 10 0 % ,6 6 6 % (P <0 0 5 )和 6 2 5 % ,12 5 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,组织学检查 70 0 %的病灶完全坏死。该方法具有疗效确切、适应症广、副作用小的特点。Abstract: WT5”BZ]To study the therapeutic effect of CT guided percutaneous intratumoral injection of lipiodol adriamycin ethanol for liver cancer 30 patients with liver cancer were treated with percutaneous intratumoral injection of lipiodol adriamycin ethanol under CT guidance There were 22 males and 8 females with a mean age of 43 years The 1 and 3 year survival rates of <3cm diameter or >5cm diameter liver cancer were 100%、66 6% (P<0 05%) and 62 5%、12 5% (P<0 05) respectively Histologic examination of cancer specimens obtained from biopsy showed the treatment caused complete necrosis tumor tissue in 70 0% of the treated cases Conclusion:Effectiveness, wide range of application and minimum trauma are characteristic of this method [WT5”HZ]
