Abstract: To observe the therapeutic effect of chronic hepatitis B with Hepatitis B vaccine, Polyinosinic polycytidylic acid, ZhuLing polysaccharide and Chinese herb Jie Yu TongLuo hepatitis oral liquid.The treated group (48 cases, treated with Hepatitis B vaccine, Polyinosinic polycytidylic acid, ZhuLing polysaccharide, Chinese herb JieYu TongLuo hepatitis oral liquid and common liver protecting medicine) and the control group (30 cases, treated with common liver protecting medicine) were observed for 3 months.The results showed that the rate of turning to negative of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBVDNA in treated group were 8.33%, 75% and 79.2% respectively, and the latter two items had significant difference compared with control group.In treated group the rate of turning to positive of HBsAb and HBeAb were 20.8% and 43.8% respectively.They were different significantly compared with control group.It indicated that combination of Chinese and Western medicine Hepatitis B vaccine, Polyinosinic polycytidylic acid, ZhuLing polysaccharide and JieJu TongLuo hepatitis oral liquid to treat chronic hepatitis B could get satisfying treatment and have little side effect.
