人肝癌细胞膜上HSP70的表达

    Abstract
  • The Expression of HSP70 on the membrane of human Hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines (QGY-7703, SMMC-7721, HEPG-2, Alexander) was detected by flow cytometric analysis and Gell-ELISA method. Results show that under the physiological condition the Expression of HSP70 on 4 strains were lower than that treated with heat (P<0.01) and there were differences between QGY-7703 and other strains. This suggests that hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines escape from immune surveillance may be related with its low membrane HSP70 expression.
