复旦大学附属华山医院胰腺外科主任、复旦大学胰腺病研究所所长,上海市医学领军人物、上海市优秀学科带头人。上海市中西医结合学会胰腺疾病专委会主任委员;上海市抗癌协会胰腺癌专业委员会副主任委;上海市社会医疗机构协会肿瘤学分会胰腺肿瘤多学科专业委主任委员。  中华医学会肿瘤分会胰腺肿瘤学组副组长;中华医学会普外科分会胰腺学组委员;中国抗癌协会胰腺癌专业委员会副主任委员;中国临床肿瘤学会(CSCO)胰腺癌专家委员会副主任委员;中国医促会胰腺病专委会副主任委员;中国医药教育协会腹部肿瘤专业委员会快速康复学组副主任委员。

主要从事胰腺癌分子生物发病机制、早期诊断和综合治疗的基础和临床研究,开展“胰腺癌分阶段综合治疗”、“可切除胰腺癌多时相介入化疗”、“胰腺癌淋巴转移特性及干预研究”、“胰腺癌精准手术治疗研究”、“胰腺疾病微创治疗研究”等创新的临床特色研究。

近3年以第一作者或通讯作者身份在国内外发表的论文及专著,国内获奖情况,承担的科研项目。
