Research advances in hepatitis E virus infection in pregnancy

  • 摘要: 既往研究显示妊娠合并戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)感染易发展为肝衰竭,还可能伴有流产、死胎和垂直传播等不良结局,尤其是在HEV基因1型和2型流行的国家。我国近年已转为以HEV基因4型为主的散发流行,虽然研究显示我国大多数HEV感染的孕妇没有明显的临床症状,但观察到很高的妊娠不良结局发生率。本综述回顾了近年关于妊娠合并戊型肝炎的相关研究,包括病原学及流行病学、预后、重症化相关机制,以及治疗及预后相关进展,最后对妊娠合并戊型肝炎的筛查及预后评估提出了建议。
