  • 摘要: 肝细胞癌(HCC)和非HCC肝恶性肿瘤在发病机制、生物学行为等方面存在显著差异,超声造影肝脏影像报告与数据系统(CEUS LI-RADS)中M类的存在为两者鉴别提供了新思路。本文介绍了CEUS LI-RADS分类标准在M类病变中的诊断应用情况及进展,认为应用CEUS LI-RADS可以帮助鉴别HCC和非HCC恶性肿瘤,但未来仍需进一步的改进和完善。
