Noninvasive screening and management of cirrhotic portal hypertension

  • 摘要: 门静脉高压相关并发症是进展期慢性肝病(ACLD)患者死亡的主要原因。肝静脉压力梯度为评估门静脉高压的金标准,上消化道内镜检查是筛查和评估食管胃静脉曲张及严重程度的重要手段;两者均为侵入性操作,不便于门静脉高压的筛查和监测。瞬时弹性成像、声辐射力脉冲弹性成像、剪切波弹性成像等无创方式,可用于ACLD患者门静脉高压,尤其是临床显著性门静脉高压的筛查、分层诊断和监测。
