  • 摘要: IL-35主要是由调节性T淋巴细胞和调节性B淋巴细胞分泌的抑制性细胞因子,参与感染、肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病的发病。本文归纳了IL-35在HBV感染所致的乙型肝炎、肝硬化、肝衰竭和肝细胞癌中的免疫调节作用和机制。分析表明IL-35在HBV感染所致疾病中发挥双刃剑作用,促进感染慢性化和肝细胞癌疾病进展,也可降低肝脏炎症损伤,抑制肝纤维化。
