  • 摘要: 非酒精性脂肪性肝病相关肝细胞癌发病率在世界范围内呈增长趋势,然而其发病机制仍不明确。结合近年文献,总结脂肪组织炎症、氧化应激、肠道菌群及胰岛素抵抗在非酒精性脂肪性肝病相关肝细胞癌发病过程中的作用,并针对以上机制的防治进展进行综述,为其治疗提供新思路。
