Research advances in percutaneous cholecystostomy in treatment of acute cholecystitis

  • 摘要: 急性胆囊炎是肝胆外科常见急腹症,腹腔镜胆囊切除术是其首选治疗方式。对不适合手术治疗的胆囊炎患者,经皮胆囊造瘘引流起着至关重要的作用。该技术具有良好安全性,可用作通向择期手术的桥梁或部分高危患者的最终治疗。但是,目前各单位对该技术管理经验不同。因此,综述了经皮胆囊造瘘术在适应证、治疗时机和管理方面研究进展,为临床规范使用提供依据。
