摘要

摘要: 免疫治疗为肝细胞癌(HCC)患者迎来了曙光。目前HCC单用免疫治疗药物已初显疗效，靶向和免疫联合治疗方案在HCC转化治疗、围术期治疗中展现了巨大潜力，探讨HCC靶向免疫治疗，以及治疗评价、预测体系和安全性等问题，系统阐述免疫治疗在HCC中的应用价值及未来的探索方向。

Abstract: Immunotherapy has brought new hope for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. At present, immunotherapy drugs alone have achieved a certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of HCC, and combined treatment regimen of targeted therapy and immunotherapy has shown great potential in the conversion therapy and perioperative treatment for HCC. This article discusses targeted immunotherapy for HCC and related issues in treatment evaluation, prediction system, and safety and further elaborates on the application value of immunotherapy in HCC and the directions for further exploration.
