Immune mechanism of biliary epithelial cell injury in the small intrahepatic bile ducts in primary biliary cholangitis

  • 摘要: 原发性胆汁性胆管炎(PBC)是一种遗传和环境因素共同作用的、以肝内小胆管上皮细胞(BEC)凋亡性坏死为特征的慢性自身免疫性肝病。阐述了PBC时B淋巴细胞、巨噬、自然杀伤(NK)、NKT和T淋巴细胞等对BEC的免疫损伤作用,为PBC免疫靶向治疗提供一定的指导意义。
