Advances in radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer from 2019 to 2020

  • 摘要: 随着放疗设备、影像技术、人工智能等方面的迅速发展,放疗已进入精准时代。放疗是胰腺癌治疗的重要手段之一,近期在相关放疗理念、技术模式方面进展很快。结合目前放疗领域专家所关注的胰腺癌放疗技术新进展、放疗剂量模式改变等热点问题,回顾近期相关文献加以总结分析,归纳提示多模态影像对指导胰腺癌放疗有重要作用,放疗剂量模式向高剂量少分次方向发展,新辅助放疗的作用得到进一步证实,多药联合的强力化疗方案是胰腺癌放疗的主要联合方式。
