摘要

摘要: 肝硬化是引起门静脉高压症的最常见原因。门静脉高压症可以引起食管胃静脉曲张、自发性腹膜炎、肝肾综合征以及肝性脑病等并发症，对于门静脉高压规范化诊疗应重视原发病与全程治疗，强调早筛早诊、积极预防、合理救治等链条式全病程管理，对患者制订个体化、精准化管理的预防和治疗方案。

Abstract: Liver cirrhosis is the most common cause of portal hypertension. Portal hypertension can cause complications such as esophageal and gastric varices, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, hepatorenal syndrome, and hepatic encephalopathy. For the standardized diagnosis and treatment of portal hypertension, we should pay attention to primary diseases and whole-course treatment, emphasize whole-course chain management including early screening and early diagnosis, active prevention, and reasonable emergency treatment, and formulate individualized and precise prevention and treatment plans for patients.
