Groove pancreatitis with digestive tract obstruction as the main manifestation: A report of 2 cases

<正>沟槽状胰腺炎（groove pancreatitis,GP）是慢性胰腺炎的一个亚组,因病变主要累及胰头、十二指肠以及胆总管下段之间的沟槽区域而得名。其发病率较低,临床医师对其认识相对不足,目前尚无普通人群中GP发病率的相关研究,据报道慢性胰腺炎患者中行胰十二指肠切除术最终病理诊断为GP的患者占2.7%～24.4%[1-2]。GP患者多以逐渐加重的腹痛、消化道梗阻、黄疸等原因就诊[3-6],临床表现无特异性,且由于病变位置特殊,常与胰头癌难以鉴别。为提高广大临床工作者对该病的认识,本文就2例以上消化道梗阻为主要表现的GP患者作一报道,并进行相关文献复习。
