Association between anxiety and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

  • 摘要:

    近年来,随着生活方式的迅速改变,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的患病率逐年递增并逐渐成为慢性肝病的主要病因之一。因生物-心理-社会医学模式的发展,心理疾病对躯体疾病的影响开始受到学者的关注。目前,研究显示焦虑作为最常见的精神障碍之一,其可能与NAFLD的发生发展有关。介绍了焦虑与NAFLD的研究现况以及双方共有的影响因素,并对焦虑致NAFLD的可能病理生理机制进行推测,期望为两者联系的进一步研究奠定基础,并为NAFLD的治疗提出新的方向。
