Advances in radiofrequency ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma originating from the caudate lobe

  • 摘要:

    尾状叶肝癌因其深在的解剖学位置和复杂的血供特点,成为外科手术切除的难点,而射频消融术因其精准微创的优势,逐渐应用于尾状叶肝癌的治疗。简述了尾状叶的解剖学特点,详细介绍了尾状叶射频的入路方式、术中引导方式及射频消融针的选择等新进展,汇总了近十年最新文献,总结了尾状叶射频消融相关的手术安全性和有效性。最终认为射频消融术治疗尾状叶肝癌是一种有前景的替代方案,不仅有微创、可重复性及并发症少的优点,也完全可以达到彻底消融病灶的目的。
