Primary large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater:A case report

<正>1病例资料患者女性,61岁,因"间断发热1个月,皮肤黄染2 d"于2018年8月27日就诊于本院。患者于此次就诊前1个月出现间断性发热伴寒战,每日约1次（具体体温不详）,同时伴有腹胀。自发病以来,患者进食差、厌油腻、排尿困难伴尿痛,尿色深、呈泡沫状。既往曾因腹胀就诊于当地医院,完善胃镜检查后诊断为"浅表性胃炎",入院行抗感染治疗4 d后病情好转出院。出院3 d后患者无明显诱因再次出现发热,体温最高39.1℃,
