<正>与处方药、中草药、饮食添加剂等所致肝损伤类似,环境毒物亦可导致肝损伤,然而,公众和肝病专家对此类型肝损伤的重视度远不及对药物性肝损伤的关注。环境毒物导致肝损伤的患病率及发病率尚不明确。为进一步加强对环境毒物肝损伤临床特征的认知,现将解放军总医院第五医学中心近年收治的8例典型环境毒物导致肝损伤病例汇总分析如下。
