<正>妊娠合并肝硬化临床上虽不多见,但过去10年妊娠合并肝硬化患者增加了一倍,育龄妇女中肝硬化的发病率约为45/10万[1]。肝硬化患者代偿期症状常不典型,而失代偿期可出现消化道出血、肝性脑病、继发感染等严重并发症,导致孕产妇及围产儿死亡。本文回顾性分析了2012年8月-2019年8月南京中医药大学附属南京医院收治的48例妊娠合并肝硬化患者的临床资料,对合并肝硬化患者终止妊娠的时机及分娩方式做初步探讨。
