摘要: 肝细胞癌是癌症相关死亡的第三大常见原因,早期诊断肝癌对改善患者预后有很大影响。总结了近5年各种慢性乙型肝炎相关肝癌风险预测模型,分析表明肝癌预测模型对患者进行风险分层,实施个性化的监测战略具有重要临床意义。

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma is the third common cause of cancer-related death,and early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma has great influence on the prognosis of patients. This article summarizes the risk prediction models for chronic hepatitis B-related hepatocellular carcinoma in the recent 5 years,and the analysis shows that the prediction models for hepatocellular carcinoma have important clinical significance in risk stratification and individualized monitoring strategy for patients.
