Application of ultrasound elastography in evaluating portal hypertension

  • 摘要: 门静脉高压(PH)是一种常见的临床综合征,其导致死亡的主要危险因素为食管静脉曲张破裂出血。因此,PH的早期及精确诊断能够有效降低严重并发症发生率和患者病死率。肝静脉压力梯度作为PH的主要诊断手段在临床应用中存在一定限制,因此有必要探究新的非侵入性诊断技术。目前为止,超声弹性成像技术已成为无创评估PH的重要方法之一,阐述了其在评估PH中的应用现状和前景。
