Bouveret's syndrome: A case of surgical treatment and literature review

摘要: <正>Bouveret综合征是胆石性肠梗阻的一种特殊类型,它是指由胆囊内巨大结石经胆囊十二指肠瘘口到达十二指肠球部或幽门处引起胃出口处的胆石梗阻,在胆石症引起的并发症中仅占0.3%～0.5%[1]。在国内外文献报道中大多只是个案报道,疾病的治疗缺乏统一规范的认识,治疗方案复杂多样。本院2019年8月9日收治的1例Bouveret综合征患者,采取了一期行胃壁切开取石、胆囊切除、胆总管探查、十二指肠瘘口修补及胃造瘘术治疗。通过对该病的诊疗体会,结合近年对Bouveret综合征手术进展的文献进行了回顾和总结。
