Liver transplantation for idiopathic portal hypertension: A case report

摘要

摘要: <正>特发性门静脉高压症(idiopathic portal hypertension,IPH)是一种相对罕见的疾病,特点是不伴肝硬化的门静脉高压,可有门静脉小分支堵塞或狭窄[1],部分病例可有门静脉血栓形成。大多数IPH患者在系统治疗食管胃底静脉曲张后预后良好,部分患者最终发展为终末期肝衰竭,为肝移植指征,但IPH经肝移植治疗在国内外报道较少[2]。现报道因IPH反复消化道出血行肝移植1例,以期提高临床医生对该病的认识。
