Liver abscess caused by Eikenella corrodens: A case report

摘要: <正>噬蚀艾肯菌是人类口腔和上呼吸道的正常定植菌,当机体免疫力低下或黏膜屏障破坏时可引起血流感染和局部感染。关于噬蚀艾肯菌引起的肝脓肿,报道不多。本文对噬蚀艾肯菌肝脓肿1例患者发病特点和治疗作一介绍。1病例资料患者女性,67岁,农民,因"发热伴腹胀2周"于2019年9月23日收住本院感染科。患者2周前无明显诱因出现发热,体温最高39℃,伴畏寒、腹胀、恶心、呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物,
