摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,46岁,因"左上腹痛伴全身体毛增长20 d"于2019年9月25日入本院。患者于20 d前进食油腻食物后出现左上腹痛,伴恶心,食欲减退,月经量稀少。入院行消化系统超声、CT(图1)、肝脏特异性MR,提示肝左外叶异常信号影,考虑恶性肿瘤(胆管细胞癌可能性大),病灶周围、肝门及右侧心膈角区淋巴结转移可能。查体:全身体表体毛均较长,且浓密。
