A second discussion on 2019 Chinese practice guideline for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B virus motherto-child transmission: Evidence,evidence,and always evidence

<正>HBV母婴传播是导致慢性HBV感染的主要原因,因此如何阻断HBV母婴传播,实现HBV阳性母亲所生新生儿HBV"零感染"的目标一直是临床研究的热点问题,国际和我国的乙型肝炎防治指南中都重点讨论这个问题,也发表了相关共识。由中华医学会感染病学分会和GRADE中国中心制定的《中国乙型肝炎病毒母婴传播防治指南(2019年版)》[1](以下简称《指南》)已在中华传染病杂志发表。《指南》的发布将对推动我国HBV母婴传播防治起到积极的推动和指导作用,同时指南中的一些观点和推荐意见引起了业内专家的广泛讨论和争议。一方面说明HBV母婴传播仍然是当前的热点问题,另一方面也迫使我们对相关问题进行重新思考,目前的证据是否已经足以支持我们发表指南?还有哪些问题需要进一步研究提供足够的证据。本文将就《指南》的一些热点问题发表笔者的意见和评论。
