摘要: <正>1病例报告患者男性,54岁。因"乏力、腹胀2个月,眼黄、尿黄、尿少3周"于2016年11月25日入外院。1年前因"颈部肿物"诊断为"鼻咽部非霍奇金B细胞淋巴瘤",并于9个月前予以"RCHOP方案"化疗1次,后长期服用"沙利度胺、乌苯美司、阿司匹林、甲泼尼龙",2个月前无明显诱因出现乏力,伴腹胀,无发
