Advances in the clinical research on autoimmune liver disease with Sjgren's syndrome

摘要

摘要: 自身免疫性肝病是一组因自身免疫系统紊乱造成的肝脏疾病,其中部分患者表现为口干、眼干症状。临床中常见自身免疫性肝病患者合并干燥综合征,就自身免疫性肝病合并干燥综合征的临床表现、病理特点、诊治要点及预后等方面的研究进展进行总结。自身免疫性肝病与干燥综合征可能存在共同的发病机制,制订并选择对二者均有利的治疗方案,是今后主要的研究方向。

Abstract: Autoimmune liver disease is a group of liver diseases caused by the disorder of the autoimmune system,and some patients may have the symptoms of dry mouth and dry eyes. Patients with autoimmune liver disease and Sjgren's syndrome are commonly seen in clinical practice. This article summarizes the research advances in the clinical manifestation,pathological features,key diagnosis/treatment points,and prognosis of autoimmune liver disease with Sjgren's syndrome.
