Research advances in traditional Chinese medicine regulation of autophagy in treatment of liver cancer

  • 摘要: 近些年自噬成为防治肿瘤的研究热点,自噬具有双向调节作用,既可通过降解细胞内错误折叠的蛋白质、清除受损的细胞器等为体内正常细胞和肿瘤细胞提供能量和稳定的内环境,又可引发肿瘤细胞自噬性死亡。如何更好地介导自噬起到抑制肿瘤发生发展的作用,在西药研究遇到平台期时,中医药低毒性、多靶点、多途径的优势便体现出来了。综述了近10年中医药对肝癌自噬调控的研究进展,并针对目前研究存在的问题进行分析和探索,希望能为后续肝癌的研究提供参考和新的思路。
