Role of intestinal flora-mediated immune response in chronic hepatitis B virus infection

  • 摘要: HBV感染可引起急性或慢性肝损伤,而HBV相关的肝硬化和肝细胞癌通常会导致病死率增加,其发病机制可能与免疫反应相关。肠道菌群在宿主的代谢和免疫调节中扮演着重要的角色,对"肠肝轴"和肠道菌群的研究发现,肠道微生物群的结构变化、细菌易位以及由此产生的免疫损伤会影响慢性乙型肝炎基础上肝脏炎症的发生和发展。总结和讨论肠道菌群在慢性乙型肝炎中的免疫作用,并探讨基于肠道菌群的HBV感染的潜在治疗方法。
