Biliary neuroendocrine carcinoma: A case report

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,61岁,因体检发现胆管占位性病变10 d于2018年9月12日就诊于本院。入院时患者无腹痛、腹胀、腹泻,否认发热、乏力、纳差,否认尿色加深等表现。入院后专科查体未见皮肤、巩膜黄染,腹部查体及浅表淋巴结检查阴性,入院后常规检查如血常规、凝血常规、尿常规、外科综合等检查均正常;肝功能:ALT 86. 2 U/L(参考范围9. 0～50. 0 U/L),GGT 138. 8 U/L
