An analysis of related issues in long-term survival in children after liver transplantation

摘要

摘要: 肝移植是当前治疗儿童终末期肝病较为成熟的手段。近年来,随着手术技巧、免疫抑制治疗、感染监测等方面的发展,患者和肝移植物的生存率均明显提高,帮助患儿获得了长期生存。同时,也出现了一些相关问题,比如病毒感染、并发症、新发肿瘤、生活质量、自我管理等,在此,从医疗和护理两个不同却又相关的视角对儿童肝移植长期生存问题进行了综述,指出存在的问题,提供参考方案,以期为儿童肝移植患儿的长期高质量生存提供依据。

Abstract: Liver transplantation is a mature treatment for children with end-stage liver disease. With the development of surgical techniques,immunosuppressive therapy,and infection monitoring in recent years,there have been significant increases in the survival rates of patients and liver transplants,helping children to achieve long-term survival. Meanwhile,several issues have emerged,such as viral infection,complications,new-onset tumors,quality of life,and self-management. Therefore,this article reviews related issues in long-term survival in children after liver transplantation from the two aspects of medical treatment and nursing and provides several regimens for reference,so as to provide a basis for long-term high-quality survival in children after liver transplantation. Here,these issues are reviewed.
