摘要

摘要: <正>肝内胆管乳头状黏液囊腺瘤是一种罕见的肝脏良性肿瘤,极易复发且有恶变为囊腺癌的可能。常见于成人,女性较男性多发。通常表现为单个的较大的(直径可至15～20 cm)囊性类圆形肿瘤,切开表面可及大小不等的多腔,囊壁较薄,内含黏液。肝内胆管乳头状黏液囊腺瘤被误诊为单纯性肝囊肿或其他肝脏囊性病变,如棘球蚴等也并不少见。由于治疗方式完全不同,肝内胆管乳头状黏液囊腺瘤须与其他囊性肿瘤进行鉴别诊断,其复发率较高,易恶变并可能产生较多并发症,如继发感
