Role of type 2 innate lymphoid cells in immunoregulation of liver diseases

  • 摘要: 固有淋巴细胞(ILCs)是新发现的一类固有免疫细胞,2型固有淋巴细胞(ILC2s)是其中一个细胞亚群,在受到IL-25、IL-33等刺激后可产生2型辅助型T淋巴细胞(Th2)因子,具有启动和维持2型免疫反应的作用。ILC2s属于固有免疫细胞,又具有调节适应性免疫的功能,参与炎症、组织修复、细胞增殖、代谢、调节免疫等病理生理过程。肝脏是人体重要的代谢器官和免疫器官,含有多种免疫细胞。ILC2s在肝脏疾病中具有调节免疫、调控炎症以及组织修复等重要作用。总结了ILC2s的生理功能及其在肝脏疾病发病机制中的免疫调控机制。
