摘要: <正>格列卫,即甲磺酸伊马替尼,是一种酪氨酸激酶抑制剂,用于治疗费城染色体阳性的慢性粒细胞白血病（chronic myeloid leukemid,CML）的一线药物[1]。这类白血病以酪氨酸激酶组成性表达为特征,导致细胞生长、增殖不受调控。9号染色体长臂上C-ABL原癌基因异位至22号染色体长臂的断裂点簇集区（BCR）形成BCR-ABL融合基因。伊马替尼是针对分子异常
