摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,42岁,主因"发现肝功能异常1个月"于2014年8月21日入本院。患者平素无乏力、厌食、皮肤瘙痒等不适。既往体健,否认肝病史及其他系统疾病史,否认饮酒史,否认家族性遗传病史。入院查体:生命体征平稳,BMI 23. 03 kg/m~2,正常面容,无色素沉着,可见肝掌,未见蜘蛛痣,无皮肤、巩膜黄
