摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,28岁,因发现HBsA g阳性10余年,上腹痛4 d,身目黄染1 d于2019年1月10日入院诊治。10余年前患者体检发现HBsAg阳性,当时肝功能正常,患者无特殊不适,未予特殊处理;患者起病前长期熬夜,劳累,4 d前开始出现上腹痛,剑突下为主,伴腹胀,恶心,无呕吐,无畏寒、发热;无胸闷、气促;
