摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,24岁,因"食欲下降、巩膜黄染10余天,精神行为异常6 d,昏迷3 d"于2018年5月30日在本院住院治疗。患者于10多天前无明显诱因出现食欲下降、乏力及厌油,伴巩膜黄染、尿黄,未予重视。6 d前出现精神行为异常,表现为
