<正>成人肝血管瘤是最常见的肝脏良性肿瘤。随着人群健康体检的普及和影像学检查手段的进步,其检出率日益增多,致使愈来愈多的肝血管瘤患者需要诊断与治疗。近年来,国内外对肝血管瘤的病因、发病机制、临床和影像学特点、诊断及治疗的研究取得一定进步,但尚缺乏高级别的临床研究证据。目
