Application of in situ hybridization in the detection of hepatitis B virus nucleic acids and cccDNA

  • 摘要: 原位杂交技术(ISH)是分子生物学、组织化学及细胞学相结合而产生的一门新兴技术,能够在细胞和染色体水平上对特定核酸进行定量与定位,广泛应用于病毒学研究。ISH对于HBV中的核酸(RNA、复制中间体DNA),以及共价闭合环状DNA的检测有着重要意义,就这一技术的发展以及在HBV研究中的应用作梳理与总结。
