Clinical application of magnetic resonance elastography in noninvasive diagnosis of chronic liver diseases

  • 摘要: 肝纤维化分期的准确判断对评估慢性肝病具有重要意义。近年来,肝纤维化无创评估方法得到临床广泛应用,以期减少肝穿刺活组织检查的使用。介绍了磁共振弹性成像在慢性肝病评估中的意义,其不仅可用于诊断肝纤维化,还可用于评估门静脉压力程度、诊断非酒精性脂肪性肝炎、评价肝脏局灶病变等。认为磁共振弹性成像可能会成为优于血清学指标及其他影像学指标的慢性肝病无创诊断方法。
