Association between nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor-2 antioxidant pathway and liver diseases

  • 摘要: 核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)是细胞抵御氧化应激的一个重要转录因子,其与抗氧化反应元件相互作用,从而诱导下游保护性II相解毒酶和抗氧化酶的表达,起到细胞的保护作用。氧化应激是众多肝脏疾病共同的发病机制,而Nrf2-抗氧化反应元件是体内重要的抗氧化应激通路,该通路通过诱导下游靶基因的表达,在肝脏疾病的发生、发展及预防过程中起重要作用。简述了Nrf2抗氧化通路在肝脏疾病发生发展过程中的作用机制。认为Nrf2可能成为预防或治疗肝脏疾病的一个潜在靶点。
