摘要: HBV感染是目前导致肝硬化、肝癌的主要原因之一。随着社会的发展、人民生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)已经逐渐取代乙型肝炎,成为我国第一大慢性肝病。由于慢性HBV感染人口基数大,近年慢性HBV感染合并NAFLD患者的数量逐年攀升,且成为我国肝病谱的重要特点之一,因此NAFLD与慢性乙型肝炎之间的相互作用逐渐得到重视。就慢性乙型肝炎合并NAFLD的相互关系及发病机制进行综述。

Abstract: At present, hepatitis B virus ( HBV) infection is one of the leading causes of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer. With the development of the society, the improvement in living standards, and the change in lifestyle, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD) has gradually replaced hepatitis B and becomes the most important chronic liver disease in China. Due to the large number of patients with chronic HBV infection, the number of patients with chronic HBV infection and NAFLD has been increasing year by year, which has become an important feature of liver disease spectrum in China. Therefore, the interaction between NAFLD and chronic hepatitis B ( CHB) has attracted more and more attention. This article reviews the interaction between CHB and NAFLD and the pathogenesis of CHB with NAFLD.
