<正>1病例资料患者男性,60岁,因"皮肤巩膜黄染5 d"于2018年2月1日就诊于吉林大学第一医院。病程中患者伴乏力,尿色加深,大便未见异常,无腹部胀痛、发热、恶心呕吐、腹泻、黑便等不适。既往:吸烟史40年,约10支/d,未戒烟;否认结核、肝炎病史,否认家族遗传病史;查体:体温36. 8℃,脉搏72次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压130/85 mm Hg,皮肤巩膜黄染,腹部查体未
