Collision carcinoma of the common bile duct composed of neuroendocrine small cell carcinoma and high-grade adenocarcinoma： A case report

<正>碰撞癌发病率低,临床资料不足。患者在临床表现方面与单一的恶性肿瘤相比无特异性。术前实验室检查及影像学检查难以与普通恶性肿瘤鉴别,多在术后病理组织学检查时发现。本文就1例胆总管末端碰撞癌病例进行相关文献复习并讨论。1病例资料患者男性,61岁,因"发现巩膜黄染1个月,加重全身黄染半个月"于2016年7月21日入本院治疗。患者1个月前突然出现巩膜黄染,尿色加深,为深黄色,伴排便次数增多,陶土样
